Checking into the Naval Medical Center Portsmith, Whether you report during or after normal working hours, you must report to the OOD’s desk in building 2. To get to Bldg 2, park in the parking garage (directly to your left after you enter the main gate), and enter the hospital via the covered walkway on the second level. This entrance will have you entering the building on the second floor; once inside, go directly to your right and the OOD desk will be at the top of the spiral staircase. Once you have checked in with the OOD, report to the Military Personnel Management Department Located in BLDG 3 4th FL.
