Navy Family Housing in the Washington Metropolitan area is available at:
- Bellevue, Enlisted Housing - Located between the Naval Research Laboratory, and Bolling Air Force Base Washington DC, eight miles from Pentagon (Exit off 295), 66 two-bedroom, two-level townhouses measuring approximately 1025 sq ft, and four two-bedroom single level handicap adaptable units measuring approximately 950 sq ft. - 112 three-bedroom, two-level townhouses measuring approx. 1188 sq ft. Nearest full-service military installation is Bolling Air Force Base, located 1/4 of a mile from Bellevue. Pet restriction: Two pets with no weight limit will be permitted.
- Woodbridge Run (Enlisted and Officers Leased Housing), Woodbridge, Virginia (Prince William County) with 600 2BR, 3BR, and 4BR units for enlisted and officers. Pet restriction: Only 2 pets with no weight limit are allowed.
- Summerfield (Leased Housing) Landover, Maryland (Prince George's County) with the Navy's share at 414 2BR, 3BR, and 4BR units for enlisted and officers. Pet restriction: One indoor pet allowed.
